Job Summary
Lean On Me, Inc. is a mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider in Idaho Falls dedicated to helping individuals and families find lasting recovery. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our team. Applicant will uniquely function as a Counselor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Coordinate with case managers, medical staff, and community partners
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Provide assistance to clients across every stage of care, including outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and more.
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mental health field is preferred
- The required licensing/certification to perform this role
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current Idaho licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, Intern, or associate-level with supervision provided)
- Experience in SUD treatment or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices
- The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs
- The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
